THE LOUDON COUNTY COMMISSION VOTED FOR FULL TIME BENEFITS
In 2007 the Loudon County Commission voted to make their salary 10% of the Mayor’s salary. This allowed them to get automatic pay raises when they increase the mayor’s salary, without having to vote themselves a pay raise. At the same time they voted to make their part time positions eligible for full benefits. See below what it costs the taxpayers each year.
